Our Speakers

Ange Guinness

Early Years Specialist Educator

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, Ange’s work in early childhood education has been shaped by a deep belief in the power of early relationships, play, and belonging. Her journey began volunteering at the S.O.S. Children’s Village in Harare, where she witnessed firsthand how nurturing early experiences can shape a child’s lifelong well-being.

Having taught in Montessori and international schools across Harare, London, and Budapest, Ange brings together the thoughtful structure of Montessori education with the child-led, inquiry-based philosophy of Reggio Emilia. Following her studies at the Reggio Emilia training center in Italy, she helped establish one of Budapest’s first Reggio-inspired Early Childhood centers, where she was recognized for her leadership and dedication to mentoring educators.

At the heart of Ange’s work is the belief that every child is born capable, curious, and full of potential. She sees parents as a child’s first and most important teachers and values relationships built on trust, observation, and partnership. Ange holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.

Zsófi Manner

Occupational Therapy Support Teacher

Zsófi works with children across the early and elementary years to support the development of motor skills, sensory processing, concentration, and self-regulation. Her approach is grounded in the belief that when children feel safe, capable, and understood, learning can unfold with greater confidence and joy.

Working closely with teachers and families, Zsófi believes in the power of thoughtful early intervention and strong home-school partnerships to support each child’s individual developmental journey. Alongside her work in occupational therapy support, she is also a Hungarian Language and Grammar teacher with experience supporting children’s sensory, movement, and behavioral needs within the school environment.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to creating calm, encouraging spaces where children — and their families — can grow, connect, and thrive together.

Catlin Gaensler

EC and Kindergarten Atelierista | Music and Movement Teacher

Catlin believes that children are natural artists — deeply curious, expressive, and full of imagination. Since 2007, she has worked internationally in Early Childhood education, bringing together her passion for visual arts, music, movement, and creative exploration.

With a background in Montessori education, dance, and outdoor learning, Catlin’s work as an Atelierista invites children to communicate, discover, and make meaning through many different languages of expression. She especially delights in weaving together music, movement, and the visual arts as joyful pathways for play, connection, and holistic development.
