7.0 COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC INFORMATION

 

The AISB School Board recognizes that intelligent, informed support of the school depends on knowledge and understanding of the school’s challenges, opportunities, and goals, and participation in the school’s programs.

 

The School Board affirms the importance of effective and productive internal and external communications. Communications should be a planned, systematic, two-way process between the school and its stakeholders, including parents, students, and school personnel, as well as with the larger expatriate and Hungarian communities.

 

The School Board, in cooperation with all School personnel, the Parent-School Association, and the student body, seeks opportunities for dialogue with AISB stakeholders and outside organizations about AISB’s philosophy of education, its educational and extra-curricular programs and goals, and its long-range vision.
